Weather, Service & Liability

- Rain policy: Customers may reschedule or cancel for a deposit refund with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Weather-related cancellations made within 24 hours of the event do not qualify for a refund.

- Drop-off: Curbside drop-off with setup included
- Cleanliness: No glitter, confetti, slime, paint, food, or drinks on or in the equipment. Items requiring cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional cleaning fees.
