Inflatafun Policies & Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to Inflatafun (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (https://inflatafun.ca), you agree to the following policies and terms. Please read them carefully before booking a rental or making a payment. These policies form part of your rental agreement and apply to all bookings.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, and event location solely for the purpose of processing your rental, communicating with you, and ensuring safe operation of our equipment.

Payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details on our servers. Your information may be used for essential communication, such as confirming bookings, sending invoices, sending waivers, and sharing pre-rental safety documents.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve user experience. These tools collect anonymous usage data and do not identify you personally.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Terms of Service

By renting from Inflatafun, you agree to comply with all safety rules and rental conditions as described in our Rental Waiver. You acknowledge that inflatable activities carry inherent risks and that proper adult supervision is required at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse service, or terminate a rental without refund if conditions are unsafe (including but not limited to high winds, storms, unsafe surfaces, or improper supervision) or if the terms of the rental agreement are violated.

4. E-Commerce & Payment Policy

Payments are processed through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. Your card information may be securely held by Stripe as a damage deposit and security measure for the duration of your rental.

Charges, if any, will appear on your statement as Inflatafun. Please contact us at info@inflatafun.ca before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issues directly.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable Ontario HST. By submitting payment, you authorize Inflatafun to charge the agreed rental amount and any approved damage or cleaning fees.

5. Damage Deposit & Security

Credit card information may be used to cover damage, excessive dirt, waterlogging, misuse, late pickup, or violations of safety rules as detailed in the rental agreement and waiver. Any charges will be documented and clearly communicated before being processed.

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged. Customers are responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup.

6. Safety & Rental Conditions

All rentals must follow our posted safety rules. Adult supervision is mandatory at all times. Do not operate units in high winds, rainstorms, or unsafe weather conditions. Keep units clean, dry, and free of debris. No food, drinks, face paint, pets, or sharp objects are allowed inside inflatables.

Inflatafun reserves the right to shut down equipment if safety rules are ignored or conditions become unsafe. Safety shutdowns due to customer misuse are not eligible for refunds.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@inflatafun.ca.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are considered completed bookings and are non-refundable.

Weather policy:
If severe weather makes setup unsafe (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), Inflatafun may cancel or delay the rental for safety reasons. In these cases, customers may choose:
• a full credit toward a future date, or
• a refund minus any non-recoverable delivery or preparation costs already incurred.

Light rain or forecast uncertainty does not automatically qualify as severe weather. Final safety decisions are made by Inflatafun at the delivery location.

Once equipment is delivered and set up, the rental is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund due to customer choice, early shutdown, or change of plans.

8. Social Media & Photo Policy

We love seeing your event photos. By tagging @inflata.fun on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, you grant Inflatafun permission to repost or share your public content for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please notify us in writing.

9. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic and behavior tracking. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools. You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

All rentals and disputes are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law. By booking a rental, you agree to resolve any disputes in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
