WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY?
I, the undersigned, being the renter or guardian of a participant, fully understand and acknowledge that participation in inflatable activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, flips, equipment failure, and other hazards which could result in injury, illness, or even death. In consideration of being allowed to rent or use the inflatable equipment provided by INFLATA.FUN, I hereby agree:
1. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by any participants using the inflatable units during the rental period.
2. Waiver of Lawsuit
I release and discharge INFLATA.FUN, its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by any participant or myself while using the inflatable equipment.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless INFLATA.FUN from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including legal fees, they may incur due to participation in rental activities or misuse of the equipment.
4. Supervision
I agree that I, or another responsible adult I appoint, will supervise all children at all times while they are using the inflatable(s), ensuring all safety rules are followed.
SAFETY RULES FOR COMBO UNITS & WATERSLIDES
- Adult Supervision: A responsible adult must be present and supervising at all times.
- Age Separation: Group children by age and size; do not mix toddlers with older children.
- Maximum Capacity: Follow posted capacity limits.
- Wet Use Rules (Waterslide):
- Only one rider at a time on the slide.
- Slide feet first only — no head-first sliding.
- Use ladder only to climb. Never climb slide surface.
- Make sure the landing area is clear before next person slides.
- Remove all shoes, glasses, and sharp objects before use.
- No Rough Play: No pushing, wrestling, or flipping.
- Weather Warning: Do not use in high winds or storms.
- Power Supply: Keep the blower plugged in and dry.
- Entry/Exit: Use designated doors only.
- No Food, Drinks, or Gum inside the unit.
- Dry Before Deflating: Ensure unit is dry to avoid mildew/damage.
RENTAL RETURN CONDITIONS
- Clean & Dry Return: All inflatable units must be returned in the same condition as delivered - clean, dry, and free of debris, food, or other mess.
- Additional Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee may apply if the unit is excessively dirty or wet upon return, especially for water units that are not dried properly.
- Damage Responsibility: The renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
