1. Introduction
Welcome to Inflatafun (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (https://inflatafun.ca), you agree to the following policies and terms. Please read them carefully before booking a rental or making a payment.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, and event location solely for the purpose of processing your rental and ensuring safe operation of our equipment.
Payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details on our servers. Your information may be used for essential communication, such as confirming bookings, sending invoices, or sharing pre-rental safety documents. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve user experience.
3. Terms of Service
By renting from Inflatafun, you agree to comply with all safety rules and rental conditions as described in our Rental Waiver. You acknowledge that inflatable activities carry inherent risks and that proper adult supervision is required at all times.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms) or if terms are violated.
4. E-Commerce & Payment Policy
Payments are processed through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. Your card information may be securely held by Stripe as a damage deposit and security measure for the duration of your rental.
Charges, if any, will appear on your statement as {{billing_descriptor}}. Please contact us at info@inflatafun.ca before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issues directly.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable Ontario HST.
5. Damage Deposit & Security
Credit card information may be used to cover damage, excessive dirt, waterlogging, or other misuse as detailed in the rental agreement and waiver. Any charges will be clearly communicated before being processed.
6. Safety & Rental Conditions
All rentals must follow our posted Safety Rules. Adult supervision is mandatory. Do not use units in high winds or storms. Keep units clean, dry, and free of debris. No food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed inside inflatables.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled based on availability. Refund eligibility depends on the notice provided prior to your event — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Social Media & Photo Policy
We love seeing your event photos! By tagging @inflatafun on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, you grant Inflatafun permission to repost or share your content for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please notify us in writing.
9. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic and behavior tracking. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools. You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
