Usage & Supervision

- Capacity: Max 5 users, 100 lbs each
- Use: Indoor or outdoor, if space requirements are met
- Supervision: Adult supervision required at all times

Weather, Service & Liability
- Wind limit: 25 km/h maximum
- Rain policy: Customers may reschedule or cancel for a deposit refund with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Weather-related cancellations made within 24 hours of the event do not qualify for a refund.
- Cleanliness: No glitter, confetti, slime, paint, food, or drinks on or in the equipment. Items requiring cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional cleaning fees.
